Our Home Sweet Home

I never realized that building a new home would be such a headache. Do not get me wrong it was rewarding but a lot of work. Well I cannot take the credit. My husband did almost all the work. If you know me I am a terrible decision maker and I guess that is why God placed me with Christopher. Otherwise our house would still not be finished because I cannot make a decision. Is it normal to be so bad at making a decision? I do not know when I got this way. When I was younger I could make a decision with no problem but now I think too much. Well enough about me. I just wanted to share with everyone how much God has blessed me and my family. We have this new beautiful home and we hope to live here forever. We are not big on change and would like for our children to stay in one spot for the rest of their lives. My parents did that with us and we love going home to my parents and having so many memories. I know that I am rambling but I can't tell you how awesome it is to have a house that you know you want to be in forever. Before now I never wanted to go home because I hated our old house but now I never want to leave home. Also all our money is in this house so we can't do anything but sit at home. (Just kidding Christopher) Thank you Christopher for giving me this dream home!

I know that it has been way to long since I last wrote but my plate has been full. Conner will be a year old in eight days. Can you believe how fast time flies? He is such a blessing and Christopher and I cannot explain how happy he makes us. We never knew we could love something so very much. Well I am going to try and make some more frequent entires into my blog but I cannot make any promises. I am awful with time management now that I have a child. Not that I was every great at managing my time. Just ask my husband.

Yes, these are small coconuts but my husband worked hard for them. No, they are not implants. Below is the explanation! You can see that we are easily entertained and a little "nuts"!

My husband determined to open the coconut. Christopher is always determined to finish what he starts. This project took place on our honeymoon in Aruba. Let's hope this determination is used in the completion of our new home!

Blessed By God

Christopher and I will soon be new parents to a beautiful boy or girl. As you all know we have decided to wait to find out the sex of our new baby. Yes, we know that some of you feel that we are crazy, while others love the fact of a surprise ending. We cannot wait until we get to hold our blessing from God. God has done nothing but bless Christopher and I. We are very thankful for God's grace and mercy upon us. Below are some pictures of the belly that holds this beautiful gift from God.
